How You’ll Make an Impact?

You’ll be working on diverse full stack projects. Your ability to switch between backend and frontend work, depending on the project needs, will be key to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Every project is different, but you’ll be expected to take ownership, contribute clean and maintainable code, and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Whether you’re refining complex backend logic or improving user-facing features, your contributions will help move projects forward with real value.

The projects depend on your strengths, interests, and our client’s needs – whether it’s diving deeper into Java, working with cloud-native tools, or exploring a new stack entirely. We value developers who are curious, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of challenges.

What You Bring

At least 5 years of experience working with various programming languages and technologies, including Java.
Proficiency in JavaScript, with the ability to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks.
A flexible mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and client needs.
Ability to work independently, while being a strong team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
A strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and a broad technical perspective.
A supportive and collaborative attitude—you’re someone who helps the team grow and succeed together.
A passion for AI and its business impact is a plus.
