This Is Your Time
to Be Exactly Who You Are
We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who’s comfortable working across different programming languages and adapting to the needs of each client. Whether it’s Java, PHP, JavaScript (Node.js or other), or another language, you should be open to learning, switching contexts, and bringing thoughtful solutions to the table. You’ll thrive in an independent work environment, but also value clear communication and collaboration with the team. Flexibility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset are key to succeeding in this role.

Our Commitment to You
Flexible hybrid work – at least 2 days per week in our comfortable and new Tallinn office (Mäealuse 2/4, Mustamäe).
Meaningful impact – a chance to drive real change in a growing tech company.
Global teamwork – an English-first team of international colleagues.
Inclusive culture – a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.
How You’ll Make an Impact?
For your first project, you’ll be working with PHP (Symfony) for backend development, AWS Lambda Functions (with a future move to native CronJobs), JavaScript for frontend tasks, and GitHub for version control. You will be building a payment platform for our client. It helps organizations streamline financial processes, eliminate cash handling, and improve security. The project is about 30% complete, so there’s plenty of room for you to make a real impact.
What comes next will depend on your strengths, interests, and our client’s needs – whether it’s diving deeper into Java, working with cloud-native tools, or exploring a new stack entirely. We value developers who are curious, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of challenges.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience working with various programming languages and technologies, including Java and PHP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with the ability to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and client needs.
- Ability to work independently, while being a strong team player who communicates clearly and supports others.
- A strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving approach and a broad technical perspective.
- A supportive and collaborative attitude—you’re someone who helps the team grow and succeed together.
- A passion for AI and its business impact is a plus.
You’re a top candidate with solid PHP skills (on top of other languages), especially experience with Symfony.
