birkle IT AG announces expansion of the Management Board

Munich, 01.22.2024. birkle IT AG welcomes Thomas Fraenzke as an additional member of the Executive Board with immediate effect. As a new member of the Executive Board, Thomas Fraenzke is responsible for the business areas of birkle IT AG together with the existing Executive Board and founder Jörn Halbauer.

More than 30 years of insurance expertise

Thomas Fraenzke has over 30 years of IT experience in management positions, primarily in the insurance industry. During this time, he has mainly focused on the digitalization of sales, insurance and cross-divisional processes within the global Allianz Group.

For the founder of birkle IT AG, Jörn Halbauer, the expansion and thus strengthening of the management team is a decisive step in implementing the ambitious growth strategy: “Our mission is to make companies fit for the digital future.
