To meet the goal of business expansion in the Baltics, birkle IT is proud to announce that Dr. Kestutis Bagdonavicius has joined as CEO of birkle IT Lithuania and Latvia in January 2022. Starting from now, Dr. Kestutis Bagdonavicius will also be a Member of the Board of Management of birkle IT.

Dr. Kestutis Bagdonavicius has a strong and long track record of driving change, M&A, innovation and results in the financial services and insurance sector. He also holds the position of the Regional President of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (AHK). With his strong background, he will establish cooperation with universities in Lithuania and strengthen the relations and collaboration between the Baltic region and Germany. birkle It will be the sparring partner for delivering high technology standards and expertise.

 Nearshore innovation hub in the Baltics

The Baltic region is known for its high IT qualifications and Scandinavian work mentality. With the existing Baltic headquarter in Tallinn of birkle IT and the now expansion to the Lithuanian market, birkle IT will be able to grant nearshore innovation centers to offer a unique service model to clients from Scandinavia and the DACH region. Having the new CEO of birkle IT Lithuania and Latvia joining the company, it is an indispensable step to achieve birkle IT’s Pan-Baltic bestshoring strategy to deliver the highest quality of software development.
